If you love crepes or are interested in trying some, please check out these amazing places. I tried three different types of crepes including Japanese, Russian, and Texas/French style.
The first place I went to was called Eight Turn Crepe which is located in Katy, Texas. I tried two Japanese dessert style crepes. I got the Nutella crepe and the crème brulee crepe. They were both delicious. I loved the Nutella one and the crème brulee crepe was an actual crème brulee in a crepe cone! At Eight Turn, the crepes are made from rice flour which is gluten free. The name Eight Turn comes the way the crepes are made and from an Asian reference that signifies happiness.
Next I went to Wholly Crepe which is located in Tomball, Texas. This is a Russian bistro and the owners are from Russia. They call their crepes blinis. They have all kinds of blinis for all different diets. My mom got a keto friendly, savory blini and she thought it was delicious. I got a salad and a blini topped with butter and sugar. The blini with butter and sugar was simple and elegant and ended up being one of the best desserts I have ever tasted! The food does take a while to come but it is definitely worth it because all the food comes out fresh and made from scratch. I love Wholly Crepe! The food and restaurant is phenomenal and I can’t wait to go back and have more blinis!
The last place I visited was Sweet Paris in Sugar Land, Texas. I got a savory breakfast crepe. I also got a lemon crepe which was very sour. It is a very cute and pretty restaurant to have a meal.
I hope you enjoyed reading about some different kinds of crepes.

Crepe-tastic!
