Chocolate Dome!

If you like chocolate and surprises, you will love this yummy dessert. I made a chocolate dome with a yummy surprise inside. This treat was inspired by The Great British Baking Show. Here’s how to make it. Melt chocolate. Then cover a balloon in the melted chocolate. Put it in the refrigerator. Once the chocolate has set, you pop the balloon making a chocolate dome. Then you can pick a small dessert to put under the dome. I used a brownie. Finally, use hot syrup to melt the dome revealing the dessert. When I tried this it did not work as well as it did on the show. My dome didn’t want to stand up as much. I do not know why it didn’t work as well for sure but I think it was because I added too much milk to our melted chocolate. But it was still fun to make and watch and eat.
